BASIC COMMISSIONING — HOW IT WORKS
My commission process is designed to keep everything organized and easy to track.✦ Ordering

Payment is required upfront before I begin working on your commission, unless I have specifically agreed to another arrangement with you.I do not begin sketching, designing, or otherwise working on a commission until payment has been received and confirmed.Accepted payment methods may include:

I manage my commission queue through Trello.Once your commission has been accepted and payment has been confirmed, you will receive a personal Trello card/link for your commission.Your Trello card may contain:

Final artworkYour Trello card is the primary place I will post commission progress.Please check your Trello card before asking for a progress update.If you DM me asking for an update, I may simply redirect you to your Trello card so I can keep my communication and queue organized.✦ Queue Order
Commissions are generally worked on in the order they enter my queue.However, queue order may change depending on:
Commission type
Complexity
YCH deadlines
Personal circumstances
Urgent situationsWhether I am waiting for information or revisions from a client. I may move commissions around when necessary.

COMMUNICATION & CONDUCTPlease keep communication respectful and professional. I don't mind casual conversation, jokes, or getting to know my clients, but at the end of the day, commissioning artwork is a business transaction.Please respect:

My boundaries
My personal comfort
My queue
My working hours
My decision to decline a requestHarassment, pressuring me into accepting a commission, repeatedly asking for updates, or arguing with me about my boundaries may result in the commission being cancelled.✦REFUNDS
You may request a full refund if:
✦ 60 days have passed with no WIPs There has been no communication from me.✦ There has been no visible progress on your commission
If I have already completed substantial work on your commission, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.✦ Refunds will generally be issued through the payment method used whenever possible, including:

Cash AppOnce a refund has been issued, the commission is considered cancelled and I retain the right to discontinue the project.✦ TURNAROUND TIME

I do not guarantee an exact completion date unless one has been specifically agreed upon.Your Trello card will contain the most current progress information. Please be aware that commissions may take up to a month or longer to complete depending on my current workload, commission type, personal schedule, and the complexity of your order. If you need your commission completed by a specific date or within a specific timeframe, please discuss this with me before purchasing. I cannot guarantee rush deadlines unless they have been agreed upon beforehand.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to be patient and respectful of my queue. I work on multiple commissions at a time, and the position of your card in my Trello board does not necessarily indicate when your commission will be worked on or completed. The order of the cards may be adjusted as needed for scheduling, workflow, project type, or other circumstances.Your Trello card is provided so that you can check the progress of your commission without needing to request individual updates. Please refer to the progress checklist and any notes I leave on your card for the most accurate information regarding your commission.Please do not rely on card position or general Trello tags as an indication of progress. Unless your card specifically has a status such as “Waiting for Client,” tags and card placement should not be interpreted as a request for action or an indication that your commission is currently being worked on.I understand that waiting for artwork can be exciting, but repeatedly asking for progress updates when the information is already available on your Trello card is unnecessary. If you have been provided access to your card, please use it to check your commission's current status before contacting me for an update.If you are unable to comfortably wait for my standard turnaround time, require frequent progress updates, or are uncomfortable with my queue system, please do not commission me. My Trello system exists to keep my workload organized and ensure that every client's commission is properly tracked and completed.✦ REVISIONS
Minor revisions are generally allowed during the sketch/WIP stage.Examples of minor revisions include:
Small pose adjustments
Expression changes
Minor design corrections
Small accessory changesMajor changes after a stage has been approved may result in an additional charge or may be declined depending on the situation.Major revisions may include:
Completely changing the pose
Redesigning the character
Changing the entire composition
Requesting a different concept after approval
Adding significant new elementsPlease communicate corrections early. Once a stage has been approved and I have moved significantly forward, changes become much more difficult and time-consuming.✦ REFERENCES & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITYPlease provide clear and accurate references when ordering.You are responsible for making sure I have the information necessary to draw your character correctly.This may include:
Reference sheets
Character images
Color palettes
Written descriptionsPose references
Background references
Specific instructionsIf something is important to the design, please tell me before I begin.I cannot guarantee that I will notice every detail that is not clearly communicated.✦ USAGE RIGHTS
Unless otherwise agreed upon:You may:
Use your commissioned artwork for personal use
Use it as an icon
Use it as a banner
Post it on your social media
Share it with appropriate credit
Use it for personal character profiles
You may NOT:
Resell the artwork
Claim the artwork as your own
Remove my signature/watermark for redistribution
Mint the artwork as an NFT
Use the artwork commercially without permission
Use the artwork for AI training or dataset creationSell prints or merchandise using the artwork without a commercial-use agreementCommercial usage can be discussed separately if needed.✦Artist Rights✦

Gallery
Social media
Commission examples

Decline any commission
Refuse a subject or theme
Cancel a commission when necessary
Adjust pricing for unusually complex requests
Adjust my queue when necessary

I may draw a variety of adult themes, including experimental or fetish-oriented concepts. However, not every theme is available as a custom commission, and I reserve the right to decline a request.If you're interested in a particular subject but don't see an example of it in my gallery, ask me privately before purchasing. I may be willing to discuss it, offer an alternative, or direct you toward an existing YCH.
