By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.1. Ordering & Payment
All custom commissions are handled exclusively through Ko-fi for SFW commissions and Artistree.io for NSFW request. For YCHs, this is handled via the platform they are posted on.
Payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated. I will not begin work until payment has been received and confirmed.2. Commission Process & Updates
I manage all commissions through Trello. You will be given access to a personal Trello card where you can track the progress of your commission, including sketches, WIPs, and updates.Please check your Trello card for all updates regarding your commission. Do not DM me asking for progress updates—if you do, you will be redirected to your Trello link.3. Content Guidelines (IMPORTANT)
I create a variety of different things! Both NSFW and SFW. You must be 18+ when commissioning NSFW from me, Heres a general list below:

Most of my NSFW content are in YCHs to have more control of requests. Occasional custom orders are allowed!

❌ What I Do Not Draw
Please ask if you are unsure before purchasing! i may or not have have examples to view depending on the topic.Here's a list of things i will never draw:
Humans or Humanoid like characters
Mecha
Vehicles
Complex architecture
Hate content
Extreme gore
Certain fetishes* (Please ask!)

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.4. Communication & Conduct
Please keep communication respectful and professional.
I don’t mind casual conversation, but at the end of the day, this is a business transaction. Please respect my time, boundaries, and comfort.5. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund if:
* 60 days have passed with no WIPs,
* no communication from me (directly or through Trello),
* and no visible progress on your commission.
☁︎ Refunds will be issued through Ko-fi.6. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, complexity, and personal circumstances. Updates will always be reflected on your Trello card.
7. Revisions
Minor revisions may be allowed during the sketch (WIP) phase. Major changes after approval of a stage may incur additional costs or be declined due to queue size, time limits or more urgent matters.8. Usage Rights* You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use (icons, banners, sharing with credit, etc.)
* You may not resell, mint as NFTs, or use the artwork for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon
* I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise discussed9. Agreement
By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
